Changes/Refund Policy

If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund, We accept full responsibility for the arrangements of the event which are within our control but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage by you or any member of your party.

We do recommend that you take up insurance to cover your own cancellation as without it, you may result in a loss of monies paid. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date that written, instructions are received by us. When written cancellation is received, the amount payable is as follows:

All Deposits are non refundable.
From receipt of full payment – 25% of payment not refundable
90 – 61 days prior to event start date – 50% of payment not refundable
31-60 days prior to event start date – 75% of payment not refundable
Less than 30 days prior to event start date – Total cost not refundable

Changes to a bookings
Changes to bookings up to 2 month prior to the event is free of Charge,
from 60 days counting down to event day, name changes to booking will be charged a admin fee of £25 per booking.
